Our preferred event delivery service partner GES has unrivalled experience of Excel, delivering more events than any other contractor and has unique access to the venue. GES has a scalable operation with robust processes, technology and equipment, combined with on-site specialist live event and operational teams.

Services provided by the team include:

• Standfitting, furniture and floorcovering
• Electrics, lighting and graphics
• Custom design and build, and creative services
• Registration, data intelligence and engagement technology
• Specialist teams for live events, congresses and exhibitions

Registration desks

Please ask your general services’ contractor to provide you with options for your registration desks. Alternatively we can provide trestle tables, just ask your event manager if you would prefer to use this option.

Deliveries and logistics

Preferred agreement

The official logistics company for Excel, DSV, is a world leading event logistics specialist, conveniently based onsite. The team has a wealth of experience in global freight and customs clearance, as well as domestic logistics for conferences, exhibitions and events.

Deliveries during your event tenancy can be delivered to your space. Your event manager can give you the relevant address details. Any deliveries prior to your event tenancy needs to be arranged with DSV.

You can choose from a range of on-site services such as:

• Storage
• On-site handling services and lifting equipment
• Collation of delegate packs, stock management of marketing collateral and specialist supplies
• Packing and collecting
• Official broker services for customs clearance
• Outside of tenancy period deliveries and collections

A strong and collaborative relationship with our AV & Production partner gives you the best possible platform to enhance your ideas and engage your audiences, large or small. 

From your initial visit to Excel through to show delivery, Eclipse will offer personalised support at every stage. Their highly skilled Project Managers will guide you every step of the way, drawing on 30 years’ experience of delivering award-winning events coupled with an intimate knowledge of the venue.

Catering

There is a wide variety of on-site cafes, bars and restaurants, from grab-and-go, to artisan coffee and formal dining. More information can be found on our website.

Our exclusive venue partner, Excel London Hospitality (ELH) can also work with your team to develop in-event retail catering solutions.

If you are planning to cater for your event the team can scope out options from buffet lunches to formal banquets. Menus are developed using locally sourced produce and seasonal ingredients.

Excel London Hospitality (ELH) also manages on-stand hospitality (including waiting staff) as well as delivering stand crew lunches for exhibitors.

Your event manager can introduce you to the ELH team who will assign a catering event manager to work with during the planning stages and open days of your event.
