Waste management 

Please check with your organiser if they expect space-only stands to submit their waste management plan before the event.

There are a variety of ways you can order waste services whilst onsite:

Reduce waste, save money & protect the planet 
Please remember:  

• To keep your waste orderly and within the boundary of your stand 
• To try to stick to your agreed waste plan 
  
  • Keeping within your booked collection quantity helps us all reduce costs and unnecessary waste 
• To sort your waste carefully 
  
  • Separate materials correctly to avoid contamination – this keeps recycling streams clean and avoids additional processing charges​ 
• To dispose of your waste responsibly 
  
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for fly-tipping and the full price for disposal will be charged​.
