SALUTE is a huge event where individuals, companies and even other gaming clubs can put on displays of hobby greatness, demonstration and participation games, sell amazing hobby products and exhibit new releases.
SALUTE also hosts its world renowned Painting Competition, judged by some of the hobby’s most prolific painters.
The displays at SALUTE are truly works of art, with their makers sometimes spending years making them, they have to be seen to be believed.
More recently, we’ve started running our celebrity panels show, ‘Hobby Heroes’ where you can meet the authors of your favourite games and get top tips from famous painters, hobbyists, historians and wargamers.
Lots of people come dressed in cosplay, play games near and dear to them and try out new games that they might never have had the chance to play. There are chances to get involved in speed painting and model building workshops, learn-to-plays and there’s always more dice to be rolled.
It’s an incredible event and one not to be missed!
