Excel offers a range of connectivity services to suit different requirements, including Free Visitor Wi‑Fi, Exhibitor Wi‑Fi, hardwired internet services and enhanced 5G coverage across the venue.
Free Visitor Wi‑Fi is available throughout the venue for general browsing, email and web access. For guidance on suitable use cases, please see our Wi‑Fi Guide.
If your stand relies on connectivity for demonstrations, cloud-based applications, streaming, EPOS systems or other business-critical activities, we recommend using either Exhibitor Wi‑Fi or a hardwired internet service.

If you or your contractor have ordered a hardwired internet service, simply connect your equipment to the supplied connection.
Additional networking accessories, including switches and cables, can be purchased from the Excel Exhibitor Service Desk located in-hall (build and breakdown days ONLY), with delivery arranged directly to your stand.

If you or your contractor have ordered Exhibitor Wi‑Fi, the voucher code will have been provided in the order confirmation email sent to the person who placed the order.

Connecting to Exhibitor Wi‑Fi
Please note: these instructions apply to standard Wi‑Fi hotspot services only. Dedicated Access Point services will have their own unique network name, as specified within your order.
To protect network performance across the venue, exhibitors are not permitted to operate their own wireless networks, routers, access points or networking equipment.
