As you may be aware, next week there will be significant train and tube disruption as a result of further strike action.
With this being race week to Formula E, we wanted to provide as much information as possible to help with your travel arrangements for the week.
Below you will find further details, together with information regarding parking, access and accreditation. We also ask all staff using public transport to check before they travel (https://tfl.gov.uk/) and to allow extra time to complete their journey to and from the venue.

Excel London
• Sunday, 23 July – Tube strike (little or no service across London Underground Network). This does not include the Elizabeth line or DLR but some disruption and long queues are expected
• Monday, 24 July – No strike action but some disruption expected in the morning due to knock-on effects
• Tuesday, 25 July – Tube strike (little or no service across London Underground Network). This does not include the Elizabeth line or DLR but some disruption and long queues are expected
• Wednesday, 26 July – As above
• Thursday, 27 July – As above
• Friday, 28 July – As above
• Saturday, 29 July – National rail strike. There is no tube strike but expect disruption until noon due to knock-on effects.
Access to the car park will be via the west entrance only (i.e. opposite The Fox Pub). There will be no access via the east side of the campus. Staff should park in Zones 2 & 3 lower. All staff must have an Excel Parking Permit on display (please contact the Traffic Team if you do not have one). For those requiring venue access, you will also require ‘Formula E Build & Break Accreditation’. This can be collected from Royal Victoria Square. No accreditation is required for Warehouse K.
