London’s Royal Docks, in particular, has been singled out with the arrival of the new City Hall following the relocation by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan to The Crystal Building and the ever-growing number of high-end residential being built.
John Ennis, who worked on the research, believes “momentum has returned to London” adding: “Investment and regeneration in London is expected to boost London’s market, with Vauxhall and Nine Elms through to the areas surrounding the Excel, City Airport and soon-to-launch Crossrail key to this.”
What’s more, leading airlines Virgin Atlantic and British Airways have both just announced new routes showcasing the increasing return in consumer confidence and the reopening of international travel markets.
London-based Virgin Atlantic will shortly launch a new direct service between Heathrow Airport and Texas' Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, whilst BA plans to operate four new European routes from London City Airport to extend its European Network.
