Fully trained fire safety officers are on-site during tenancy hours. They are responsible for ensuring the venue is safe from fire hazards.
Our Helpdesk team are available to assist with any queries or concerns that you may have during your time at Excel. Calling the dedicated Helpdesk number on +44 (0)20 7069 4500 (internal extension 4500) will ensure that your query is logged and escalated to the appropriate department so that it can be resolved as quickly as possible.
There are a number of water fountains located along the boulevard in the venue.
There are two cloakrooms in public areas of the venue. These are available for visitors during the opening times of events. The cloakroom is open 30 minutes before the advertised event start time and closes 30 minutes after the advertised event closing time.
All items are stored at the visitors’ own risk. Please note we are unable to store any items overnight and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in the cloakroom at any time.
If your event is taking place in the ICC Capital Hall, Capital Suite or the Platinum Suite, there are complimentary cloakrooms within the event spaces.
Our on-site Business Services shop is located on level 0 between N4/S4. It stocks everything exhibitors and contractors need during build-up and breakdown from safety equipment to those important but smaller items like chalk and duct tape. The team can also help with your last minute photocopying and printing requirements.
ATMs are available in the venue. One by entrances S6 and one on level 0 between N4 and S4.
