Brilliant Punjabi - Culinary star Dipna Anand, has worked in collaboration with Excel London Hospitality to design a new grab-and-go range of dishes that bring the rich and varied flavours of the Punjab and Northern India to the venue. Showcasing Dipna’s passion and extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, the new pop-up will feature authentic dishes including Makhani butter chicken, chicken pea and potato curry, karahi lamb & samosa chaat.
Urban Garden - Recreating the colour and vibrancy of a farmer’s food market, Urban Garden’s menu features good, honest food, delivered straight from the gardens of producers into the city. The dishes on the menu are freshly made onsite, using seasonal ingredients, and include Moroccan power protein bowls, Teriyaki chicken and mushroom salad boxes, gluten-free chocolate & almond cookies and cheese & sun-dried tomato palmiers.
