Parking and traffic

All deliveries will need to be pre-booked to access to the lorry way. 

The booking process

For a seamless process, it is essential that all vehicles needing access to the venue's loading bays are pre-booked on the Excel London Vehicle Booking System.  To find out more about the system click here.

Please contact your event manager for more information about setting up the system for your event.

Coach Parking

Please be advised that coach parking is subject to availability. We will only allocate parking to those who have  pre-booked using this form.

• Coach and minibus parking is charged at a flat rate of £50.00 per day.
• Drop-offs and pick-up are at the west taxi rank only, postcode E16 1XL - Click here for our campus map.
• Please ensure that drivers turn off their engines and do not idle even when they are in a queue. The west taxi rank is close to residential properties and a nursery.
• During busy periods members of the traffic team or a concierge will be managing the traffic flow. Please ensure that drivers comply with instructions and treat our teams with respect.
• Parking is subject to availability for minibuses under 2.8m high, please pre-book in advance.

 Access to the car park is only via the A13, please turn off on the A112 junction taking Tollgate Road southbound. If you’re using satellite navigation please enter the postcode E16 1FR for the entrance to the car park or what3words ///cheer.events.began.
