At Excel there is visitor parking for cars, vans and minibuses, a lorry park, and a limited amount of parking space for arctics.

Use the guides below as a reference for your traffic management during the event.

Vehicle marshalling for build and breakdown is key to a successful event. Our traffic team uses Voyage Control to manage time slots for lorryway space, and can support with other requirements including managing priority vehicles.

Please note there is a curfew in place between 2300–0500. This is one of the terms of our licence agreement with the London Borough of Newham.

The onsite partner for logistics and freight is DSV Fairs & Events. If you or your exhibitors have any requirements for these services, please contact them directly at excelfairs@dsv.com.

If you are planning to take delivery of fork lifts or any other types of plant in advance of your tenancy. Use the forms as a guide and book the delivery.
