IT infrastructure
The continued investment in our IT infrastructure, including permanently cabled event halls, ensures unrivalled service, reliability and flexibility.
Wi-Fi
Our Wi-Fi capability allows for high density events, with capacity for up to 100,000 concurrent end devices, enabling faster connectivity. This is coupled with increased resilience and network bandwidth capacity up to 20Gbps.
We have a complimentary Wi-Fi service available to attendees within the boulevard. This service is not run through the event halls, as we ensure the airwaves are as clear as possible for business-critical exhibitor Wi-Fi services, which are available to order from our Exhibitor Services team.
In order to maintain effective Wi-Fi connections for any participant at the event, we ask that no exhibitor brings their own wireless routers to the venue. These devices conflict with the venue infrastructure and compromise the performance of the venue connections. If your exhibitors require a bespoke Wi-Fi connection, please can they contact the team at ExhibitorOrders@excel.london.
