Rules of Wi-Fi
At ExCeL London, we kindly ask exhibitors not to bring their own wireless routers, as they may interfere with the venue's own network, leading to potential network disruptions and compromised performance for exhibitors and attendees alike. We have a range of internet services available on our Webshop, but if you do have bespoke network requirements for your stand, we recommend contacting our team at exhibitororders@excel.london, who will be able to advise on the best solution.

Cancellation policy
We always recommend that exhibitors order services in the Advanced payment window: within 28 days of the first day of tenancy for the event.
Our approach is to be as flexible as possible in terms of our refund and reschedule policy for service orders, however from 28 days out from the first day of event tenancy we are liable for costs incurred to enable us to deliver orders on time and to a high standard.
If the exhibitor or their representative notifies the Exhibitor Services Team of their order cancellation:
- 28 days or more prior to the first day of the event tenancy*, a refund or credit of 100% of the order value is offered.
- 27 to 8 days prior to the first day of the event tenancy*, a refund or credit of 50% of the order value is offered.
- Within 7 days prior to the first day of the event tenancy*, no refund or credit will be offered.
