Excel London has recently invested in improvements to the venue’s car park. New access control measures along with a pre-booking system means spaces can be booked prior to arriving on site. The new system operates using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology. Pre-booking is the only way to guarantee your parking at the venue. It is recommended you book to avoid disappointment should the car park be full on arrival.

Q: What is the fee for parking at Excel?

A: Parking is charged at £25.00 per day, per vehicle, per entry, with some exceptions. Please check with the organiser of your event to see if there are special arrangements when it comes to parking.

To pre-book general parking please visit the on-line booking platform here. Once you select the date(s) you would like to park which should then display the event you are planning to attend. Select the type of space you need and complete the form to secure your spot.

Q: What is the fee for parking at Excel Is disabled parking free of charge?

A: Our blue badge spaces are charged for as per all spaces within the Venue car park. However, blue-badge spaces are located in the most accessible areas of the car park for entrances to the venue. It is advised that you pre-book your space.

Q: What is the postcode for Excel?

A: If you are using a sat nav system or interactive maps on your phone, please use E16 1FR.

Q: Do you have motorcycle parking and how much does it cost?

A: Our motorcycle parking is free and cannot be pre-booked. Upon entering through West entrance, please follow one-way system as it will take you to upper level to designated motorcycle bays in Zone 2.

Q: Am I able to charge my car at your venue?

A: We are currently reviewing the provision of electric car charge points. Sign up for our monthly newsletter for information about new charging points as they become available.

Q: Do you have disabled parking bays and if so where are they located?

A: We have a number of disabled parking bays that are spread across the car park.

The Orange car park has the following spaces:

• Zone 4: 4 bays
• Zone 8: 12 bays
• Zone 9: 5 bays
• Zone 13: 6 bays
• Zone 14: 28 bays
