What began as a bread delivery service in 2021 grew into a wholesale bakery supplying some of London’s top restaurants and hotels. Using everything they’d learned about dough and baking, the team started experimenting with pizza - first with pizza nights at the bakery, then pop-ups, and eventually, Alby’s pizza was born.
Today, Alby’s is a fast-paced slice shop serving huge 22” New York-style pizzas by the slice or the whole pizza (they serve 3-4 people). Regularly featured amongst some of London’s best pizza spots, Alby’s unique dough is made in-house and fermented for 48 hours before being topped with their signature pizza sauce and carefully sourced ingredients, creating big, foldable slices with a crispy base.
