This offering includes all necessary equipment, along with dedicated staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Suitable for any location within the venue, this service can be booked directly with the ELH team via sales@excelhospitality.london
A convenient drop-and-go service designed for both your team and visitors on the stand. We offer a selection of snacks, refreshments, and essential equipment, including coffee machines and water coolers. All items can be easily pre-ordered through our online booking platform.
Please note: all on-site food and drink must be purchased via ELH or Excel London outlets (excluding personal consumption), in line with UK food safety legislation and venue policy. Any third-party catering is strictly forbidden and any unapproved food or drinks will be disposed of.

What exhibitors need to know about food and drink on your stand
All stand and hospitality catering at Excel London is delivered exclusively by our in-house partner, Excel London Hospitality (ELH) — from daily crew food to drinks receptions and client hosting. Exhibitors are not permitted to bring in their own alcohol, soft drinks or catering, and all food and beverage served at receptions, parties or meetings must be provided through ELH.
Food Safety & Legal Requirements
All food and drink consumed onsite must be purchased from ELH or the venue’s retail outlets — with the exception of food or drink brought onsite for personal consumption. This is essential to ensure compliance with UK Food Safety Standards and Law, and to protect public health across the event.
Sampling Guidelines
Food and drink sampling is permitted only under the following conditions:

➡ Exhibitors must obtain written permission from both the organiser and the venue before offering samples, and be prepared to show all necessary documentation onsite for inspection and audit.
